YOUR ORDER
1. Shopping Cart
Enter the quantities of the products you want to buy in the price list and use the shopping-cart button on the right-hand side of the screen to add them to your cart. You can change your selection at any time before placing your order by clicking the “Remove” icon and deleting your selection, or by cancelling the order process. After you have accepted our terms and conditions and acknowledged our cancellation policy, you can proceed to checkout. Click the “Update Shopping Cart” button to load the current prices.
2. Checkout
If you already have a customer account, please log in with your email address and password, otherwise please create a new account. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Your data will never be used for other purposes or passed on to third parties.
3. Checking Billing Address / Changing Payment Method
Next, please check your billing address and shipping address. Clicking the “Next” button will take you to the next step in the ordering process.
4. Shipping
Please select your preferred shipping method. Clicking the “Next” button will take you to the next step in the ordering process.
5. Payment Information
We only accept payments in advance. Orders of up to €10,000 that are personally picked up at one of our counters can be paid in cash. As a consequence of our Terms and Conditions, all transfers need to originate from a bank which has its headquarters in the same country as the billing address.
6. Reviewing your Order
You will see an overview of your order. You have 30 seconds to complete your order by clicking the “Place Order” button. By doing so, you submit a legally binding bid. If the timer has expired, you will need to click the “Update” button so that the prices will be recalculated. After that, you have 30 seconds again to complete your order by clicking the “Place Order” button. By doing so, you submit a legally binding bid.
7. Selling
You can sell goods over the counter in our stores in Vienna, Innsbruck, Graz and Villach during the respective opening hours and at the then-current price. The authenticity of your goods will be checked by our staff and you will receive your money in cash (up to €10,000) or by bank transfer. Please bring a valid photo ID.
