Ask us your questions or place your order directly online – Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. After you have placed your order at the current market price, we will send you a confirmation by email.
You can pay by bank transfer or in cash in our store in Villach, where you will also receive your latest “treasures”. We are also happy to send individual coins to our store so you can take a look at them.
Our online store is open for you around the clock every day, of course, so you can always search for interesting products.

To verify your identity, we will therefore make a photocopy of your valid ID and clearly mark it as a copy. We will keep this copy together with the invoice.

Cash transactions are excluded from exchange or returns. We do not accept debit or credit card payments for investment coins and bars.
